2. Add the chicken (cut into bite-sized cubes) and sautee till the exterior of the chicken is just cooked. Add the mixed herbs and stir for a few minutes till you can smell the spices in the kitchen.
3. Add enough water to just immerse the chicken. Then add the diced potatoes (and carrots if you want), and after a while, the mushrooms. Again, make sure the water level is just enough to cover everything.
4. Once the potatoes are half cooked, add the mushroom soup and stir well. The canned soup tend to clot if not mixed well.
5. Add the cream and stir regularly. 'Regularly' is the keyword here - cream and cream cheese can also clot.
